Feb 22, 2020

LONDON — Innovative fashion designers are turning to such things as horseradish and nettles to make sustainable clothing and accessories to the delight of a growing number of buyers. A buy-and-toss mentality persists despite a boost from celebrities helping to drive the upcycle and vintage movements. Stocks rise on Wall Street as rally stretches to fourth day

Feb 22, 2020

NEW YORK — U.S. stocks rallied Monday, rising with European and several Asian markets following surprisingly strong reports on China's economy. Growth in factory activity and retail sales in the world's second-largest economy both beat analysts’ expectations for last month. That layered on top of optimism from last week’s long-awaited “Phase 1” trade deal between China and the United States, which removed some of the uncertainty that’s hung over businesses and investors. The interim trade deal is one of a “trifecta of positive catalysts” that swept through the market last week and could help support it through the end of...

The televised exchange turned Bevin's summer radio interview on WKDZ into a talking point for Democrats heading into the last full week of campaigning in the close gubernatorial contest. In the interview, Bevin claimed, without...

Feb 22, 2020

NEW YORK — The Senate's top Democrat is calling on the Food and Drug Administration to examine a report that found dozens of baby food products contaminated with lead and other metals. Sen.
